Office Administrator (Remote)

We are delighted to add an Administration & Executive Assistant to the team in a hybrid role.

The purpose of the role is to coordinate the work of the Telecom and Data Teams; to provide administrative support to the Management Team. Manage day-to-day client communication via email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• General management of Inbound communications via phone calls/email communications
• Deal with all customer queries in an effective, professional manner.
• Provide administrative support to the management team including updating of Management daily schedules.
• Assist with retaining existing business and growing new business.
• Assist from administration capacity re outgoing job/ project estimates.
• To support the Telecom and Data teams in providing reporting assistance on project completion as required;
• Assist in the planning, coordinating, and directing of the daily engineer schedules and engaging with engineers re end-of-day reporting.

ABOUT THE PERSON:

• Experience working in administrative and secretarial functions.
• Experience in handling and responding to queries in a timely manner
• Experience in a busy setting is desirable but not essential
• Flexible, adaptable, and well able to work on own initiative
• Team player
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and digital platforms.

This is a remote role with the possibility of weekly or monthly meetings on-site when required.
